Who are the VolunTeens?
- Students 11-18 years old
- People intersted in learning new skills and working outdoors
- Volunteers that work 2 hours/week during the summer at Brillion Nature Center
Why be a VolunTeen?
- To have fun learning something new
- To experience authentic work in natural resources
- To give back to the community
- To gain a reference for job or college applications
How to Get Started
- Fill out and return a VolunTeen Application Form.
- Attend the VolunTeen Orientation (See calendar for date.)
- Be available 2 hours each week for 9 weeks (late June - August).
- Work schedule will be decided by group consensus at Orientation.
- Be prepared to work outdoors in all conditions.
