Program Information
What does a program Include?
Brillion Nature Center’s staff provides carefully planned, high quality outdoor educational experiences. Active, fun, hands-on learning activities are the focus of our nature-based programs. The Nature Center provides all of the equipment and tools needed for each program. Visitors should come dressed appropriately for the weather (including applying insect repellant when necessary) and be prepared to be outdoors for the majority of the program.
When can groups visit Brillion Nature Center?
Brillion Nature Center offers educational and recreational experiences for all seasons. Reservations can be made for Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Evening or weekend programs may be scheduled according to the naturalist’s availability.
Making a program reservation at Brillion Nature Center
To reserve a date for a visit, call Brillion nature Center at 920-756-3591 or email naturalist@brillionnaturecenter.net at least two weeks in advance of the desired date. During the school year, dates may fill quickly and reservations should be scheduled at least one month in advance.
Program Fees
Large Groups: Program fees for groups of more than 10 participants are $3.00/participant. Supervising adults are not charged as long as the ratio of adults to children is within 1:5. Groups participating in more than one program within the same day are charged $3.00/participant for the first program and $2.00/participant for each additional program. (Example: a group scheduling two programs to be presented to the same group of participants within the same visit would be charged $5.00/participant.)
Small Groups: For a group of 10 participants or fewer, there is a minimum fee of $30.00 for a single program or $50.00 for two programs presented to the same participants in the same visit.
